Look for many ways to make a fruit and vegetable salad just so you don't get bored with the usual stuff.

Also, drink lots and lots of fluids such as juice, milk and water. Fluids lubricate your muscles and the more fluids you take, the more intense your metabolism will be. And besides, drinking a few glasses of water can make you feel half full before getting to the dinner table.
